A neat thing happens when I'm honest and transparent with
God. In some way, by being honest with
Him, I connect with His love for me as my heavenly Father. And to be honest, that's a hard thing for me
to do. It's probably one of the greatest
struggles I have, outside of communication itself. I still wonder sometimes, "Does God
really love me?" And on the
flipside of that, I wonder, "How
do I respond in love to Him?"
In ways I don't understand, being open and honest with Him helps me to
connect with all that.
